Description

• Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained
• Understand customer requirements.
• Meet required productivity metrics set for the team
• Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised

• Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
• Maintain performance metrics to track defects, productivity. Measure, Measure, Measure
• Ensure clean audit results

• Support/ participate in new projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks – internal and external
• Develop training database , training materials , trackers for the migration
• Support training for new staffs. Ensure training and parallel run are well planned and executed
• Participate in cross functional projects at unit level

• Give feedback for process improvements and cost improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Knowledge and Experience
• Degree holder or relevant professional certification
• Working experience is preferred
