财经记者全新转型！中欧案例研究员

中欧案例中心启动新一轮案例研究员招聘活动，特别邀请财经记者担任全职案例研究员，从事案例开发与研究工作。

中欧国际工商学院案例中心目前肩负三项任务：首先是支持中欧教授开发更多中国案例，提高中欧教学质量，引导教学与研究创新；其次是在上海市政府支持下，承担“上海MBA课程案例库开发共享平台”项目建设任务，与上海各大商学院一起，共建、共享、共赢，提升上海地区管理教育水平；第三是，全面运营“中国工商管理国际案例库”（www.ChinaCases.Org），聚焦中国问题、坚持国际标准，初步建成全球独一无二的中国主题案例库，促进案例方法在管理学习、教育与培训领域的应用，推动中国经济与社会发展。

高质量的案例将为工商管理教学与研究注入活力，而具有丰富的企业采访经历、具备一定专业知识与能力的案例研究员能更有效地开发高质量案例。通过一段时间的磨练，财经记者可以及时把握各级管理者所面临的挑战及战略选择，迅速提升个人对管理实践问题的敏锐度与分析力。由于环境变迁与技术发展，传统媒体财经记者面临较大的转型压力。对有志于在管理教育领域长期发展的财经记者而言，中欧案例中心将是一个不可多得的工作平台，帮助财经记者实现转型并提升自己各方面的能力与经历。

Job Major Responsibilities:
To support a major case research initiative of the Shanghai government, CEIBS case center has immediate opening for several full-time case writers based in Shanghai and Beijing.

Under the guidance of the Center Directors and the supervision of CEIBS faculty, case writers' mission is to help improve education quality, program innovation and knowledge creation at CEIBS, to increase international adoption of CEIBS cases, and to develop themselves to be world class case development specialists and management experts.

More specifically, CEIBS case writers will

• Working with CEIBS faculty to identify appropriate case leads within his/her specialty in one or two management education fields among corporate governance, strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, organization behavior, human resources, finance, accounting, technology, operation, supply chain, etc..
• Conduct needed case research (both primary and secondary research) and write international-standard MBA teaching cases with limited supervision.
• Work with supervision faculty to develop MBA case teaching notes.
• Conduct other types of practitioner-oriented research as needed.
• Work with case center and school colleagues in case-development related services and activities.

Job Basic Requirements:

• A passion for practitioner-oriented research and writing;
• A drive to excel. Self-motivated. Strong work ethics.
• Proven excellence in both oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with business and management a plus.
• A good team player. Disciplined and professional.
• An ability to juggle multiple projects and manage expectations of faculty and case companies.
