Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Contract
- Follow up Contract Negotiation Schedule
- Maximize profit ability
2. Supplier
- Simulate supplier logistic cost and carrefour logistic cost
- Supplier communication to improve service rate
- Negotiation strategy and goals must be formally defined and validated by the hierarchical manager before negotiations and reviewed after negotiations.
- Relationships with suppliers must be formulated using standardized Carrefour contracts, including their appendixes, defined by the Country/Group Legal Department. If standardized Carrefour contracts and their appendixes are not used or are modified.
3.Organizational Performance
- Ensure personal's behaviors comply with Chinese laws and regulations, and professional Code of Ethics of Carrefour China.
- Organize performance review weekly/monthly/quarterly
- Organize and coordinate with supplier to improve performance.
- Develop yearly contract negotiation plan
4. Training and People Management
- To improve their professional capabilities by participating in various training
- Communicate with negotiation manager to receive a clear career plan
5. Financial Performance
- Develop the monthly objectives for the part which take in charge
- According to monthly data analysis to understand the status and take action
- Improve and complete the estimates
- For all negotiated deferred benefits, proof of the correct application of agreements must be documented and archived.
Requirement:
1.0-2 years working experiences in negotiation, worked in retail is preferred
2.Education Level: Bachelor degree
3.Languages: Excellent in English, especially oral ablity
4.Competency/Skills: Good command of MS Office tools, esp. Excel and PowerPoint
5.Other Requirements: Communication, Coordination, Work hard
