招聘岗位：海归求职咨询顾问/简历撰写师（Full-time/Part-time）

工作职责：

• 与客户沟通交流，深度挖掘背景经历素材，定位求职方向
• 为客户提供职业规划、中英文简历优化、面试笔试培训、网申和岗位推荐等服务
• 帮助客户掌握行业知识、提升求职技能，从而在求职过程中脱颖而出
• 解答客户在求职过程中遇到的问题
• 参加专业培训与交流，提高简历和求职辅导服务专业水平
• 定期汇报服务进度和客户反馈，协助优化产品，提升客户体验

职位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，具有人力资源（招聘/培训）、猎头或咨询从业经历
• 熟悉至少一个行业领域，熟悉人才市场行情及名企招聘流程和职业发展
• 具有优秀的英语读写能力，留学生海归背景优先，英语专业八级优先
• 对职业咨询行业感兴趣，乐于并善于沟通和，逻辑思维缜密
• 具有亲和力，较强的责任感、敬业精神与职业道德操守，注重细节

工作性质：如条件优秀且个人时间较充裕，本岗位可接受Part-time形式

Job opening: Career Coach/Resume Writer（Full-time/Part-time）

Principal Responsibilities:

• Career Development/Consultation: Support the clients in attaining their career and professional goals by providing services including CV/cover letter creation and optimization, career exploration, interview training, mock interviews, job recommendation and various workshops
• Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels
• Provide individual career guidance to best assist clients in defining career options, developing employment skills and job search procedures
• Assess individual career development needs, providing clients the skills necessary to make better career decisions and take effective actions
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above with working experience in recruiting/headhunting/consulting related area
• Overseas education or work experience is highly preferred
• Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player
• Convincing communication skills in English and Chinese
• Mobility and flexibility, excellent multi-tasking skills
