职位要求：

• Recent Ph. D. in Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Immunology, Immuno-oncology or any other oncology-related life science discipline.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative spirits.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and goal-oriented.

• Able to lead external or internal RD project with minimal supervision.

• Good at literature reading and be able to creatively resolve different challenges.

• Familiar with Office software and statics analyses software.
  

1、 具有分子生物学、肿瘤生物，免疫学、肿瘤免疫学以及其他肿瘤学相关专业博士学历；

2、 有出色的英语语言及书写能力，人际沟通能力强，有团队意识和精神；

3、 对自己严格要求，注重细节，对既定的目标有执著的追求；

4. 能相对独立地领导完成合作或研发项目；

5、 文字阅读理解能力强，能够创造性地解决不同的问题；

6、 能熟练地使用Office 软件，熟悉统计分析原理和相关的软件应用。

Responsibilities:

工作职责：

• Design and perform experiments to uncover novel biological mechanisms.

• The Study Director serves to assure that the scientific, administrative and regulatory aspects of the study are controlled.

• Coordinating the inputs of project manager, scientific/technical staff and the QAU.

• Responsible for study plan design and approval, as well as overseeing data collection, analysis and reporting.

• Responsible for Communication with client during the project.

• Technique support to projects and other tasks.

• SD负责项目设计，也会涉及相关实验的操作；

• SD负责项目执行过程中实验相关科学问题的决策；

• SD负责协调项目执行过程中与其他部门、实验组之间的协作；

• 检查并最终定稿实验Protocol及报告；SD负责全面监督项目的质量；

• SD是该项目中关于实验问题与客户的唯一对接窗口，负责除报价，进出口申报材料以外的全部事物的沟通；

• 技术支持以及上级指派的其他工作。
