Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Call Centre Team, professionally interacts with customers
- Assist team to achieve performance KPIs through optimal resources and real-time floor monitoring
- Motivate, coach and develop staff to ensure top performance and achievement of individuals, team and department objectives through job training and regular team meetings
- Resolve complex enquiries and escalated complaints to ensure services satisfaction
- Roll out successfully new sales platforms and ensure fast adoption by the team
- Develop and update SOPs and work instructions as on-going basis
- Prepare regular/ad hoc reports
- Handle assigned projects related to client service & front sales and ad hoc projects
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tourism/ CS or relevant working experience
- Passionate to work in travel/CS/ airline industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, pro-active and mature
- Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Support duty on Sat/ Public holiday may be needed
