Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The main responsibility for this position is to ensure that patients receive great customer service for their experience at Jiahui. Assist patients with appointment scheduling and handling customers’ enquiries or concerns.
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
- Identify, handle and resolve caller enquiries using all modes of communications, such as calls, SMS, WeChat, email and fax.
- Educate callers on services available.
- Assists clinics, doctors and patients in changing appointments in HIS.
- Activate emergency messages with speed and accuracy.
- Provided excellent customer service, solve patient issues, and work together with other clinic/hospital staff to ensure a great experience for the patient.
- Maintain a tidy and clean working environment at workstation.
- Identify areas for improvement and participate in improvement initiatives.
- Ensure teamwork and participate in all activities related to the smooth running of the department.
- Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Strong customer service skills
- Good problem-solving and team work ability
- Ability to handle computer-related tasks
- Strong communication and coordinating skill
- Proactive to solve customers’ problems and build professional relationships
- Proficient English skill (ability to talk with and write emails to patients)
