POSITION SUMMARY:
The main responsibility for this position is to ensure that patients receive great customer service for their experience at Jiahui and to assist patients with appointment scheduling and handling customers’ enquiries or concerns.
?JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deal directly with customers through website, wechat, email, etc.
2. Assist patients with appointments in HIS.
3. Execute clinical roistering in HIS
4. Activate emergency messages with speed and accuracy.
5. Provide excellent customer service, solve patient issues, and work together with other clinic/hospital staff to ensure a great experience for the patient.
6. Maintain a tidy and clean working environment at workstation.
7. Identify areas for improvement and participate in improvement initiatives.
8. Ensure teamwork and participate in all activities related to the smooth running of the department.
9. Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
10. Information transfer and communicate with internal departments;
11. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide feedback to patients, handle and made patients appointments and provide feedback to patients;
12. Record details of inquiries, comments and appointments;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. College or above, at least 1 year related working experience;
2. Familiar with on line sales or customer service,
3. Have sense of responsibility and follow up habit
4. Able to work independently and effectively during night and overnight shifts;
5. Able to work in shifts (morning, day, afternoon, and night), as well as during weekends and public holidays;
6. Fluent English, both spoken and written;
7. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
9. Flexible and team minded.
