Job Description

Duties:

  • Execute all customer service tasks in call center operation
  • Receive incoming call & case handling
  • Provide service to customers, contact assistance providers, reporting actions in the system applications
  • Assist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor

 

Responsibilities:

  • Form 5 or above
  • With 1 year of relevant experience in call centre environment would be an advantage
  • Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
