Job duties:

• Preparing, baking stacking and filling cakes and cupcakes
• Finishing off cakes with ganache or buttercream
• Covering cakes with fondant
• Making sugar flowers and decorations
• Will be trained to work on more advanced and skilful tasks progressively
• Other duties as required including maintain cleanliness of the workplace and baking equipment.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• One year or above work experience but not mandatory
• Is enthusiastic and self motivated
• Has passion and good knowledge of baking and sugar craft
• Has strong attention to details and artistic sense
• Is capable of dealing with physically demanding work
• Good knowledge of Cantonese and English
• Eligible to work in H.K.
