Position Title: CW-Associate Digital Marketing

Job objective

• To support company's digital capability building by providing data analytics and report generation associated with various digital marketing and salesforce effectiveness initiatives (i.e. SmartAmgen, Veeva, MDM and etc.) to algin with Amgen Korea’s omnichannel marketing strategies
• To support maintaining and creating contents for various digital platforms
• To support in developing competitive digital marketing strategies and to build digital foundation for Amgen Korea as a digital pioneer  

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Digital channel development and program implementation support (50%)

• Maintain and support monthly message campaign strategies and create contents for SmartAmgen and other digital platforms

• Become a secondary contact point for both external vendors and internal stakeholders for omnichannel marketing projects (incl. program management) to enable effective project execution.

Sales Effectiveness CRM platform data analysis and maintenance support (50%)

• Support in Veeva CRM maintenance including monthly report generation, data change request and overall salesforce operation support
• Support in data validation support (MDM) including regional communication and data change request execution

Required Competencies/Qualifications

• Functional Knowledge: Excel report generation (i.e. pivot table and Vlookup), Data Analysis/Synthesis, Presentation, Negotiation, Product, Financial management
• Skills: Good communication skill including in English with cross functional team and regional/global team, Data understanding & analytic skills, Presentation skill
• Others: Strategic Focus, Communication & Interpersonal effectiveness, Planning & Project Management, Result orientation

Education & Experience

• At least 2 years and more of experience in pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacy (preferred)
