• Strong CSR/sustainability background, with a minimum of 8 years of corporate communications/CSR, PR/event agency or NGO experience.

• Proven experience developing and implementing effective strategies, large-scale initiatives and tactical programs to build trust and positive perceptions with target audiences, or multiple stakeholders.

• Ample experience in community relations building.

• Able to identify community issues/crisis and come up with solutions from CSR angle.

• Resilient, hands-on, problem-solving skills.

• Strong capability and confidence to work cross functionally and to build relationships within and beyond the company.

• Good at developing effective management presentation materials.

• Good command of English, both verbal and written.

• Adapt to frequent travels.

Job description:

• Lead and take responsible for all BU’s CSR programs and community outreach initiatives across China

• Work with a cross-function, cross-region team to develop actionable plans to provide positive impact to communities and value to the China business.

• Develop and build relationships with NGOs, charitable partners and agencies.

• As a member of China communications team, work closely with communications manager to develop key messages/stories to elevate RGE and BG/BUs CSR efforts.

• Streamline and optimize volunteer management mechanism

• Develop integrated strategic plan for CSR and see to it execution up to expectation.

• Cross functional execution, including definition and measurement of KPIs.

• Manage budgets to ensure effective spending and accountability.

• Providing BU CSR team with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to build effective teams.
