Mission任务:

We are looking for a freelance trainer to support us in the development of our CSR trainings activities in China. 我们正在寻找一名***培训师，以支持我们在中国开展CSR培训活动。

Those trainings are targeting mainly people from garment & textile[BA1] factories and fashion brands local offices’ teams. On behalf of AQM, the candidate wouldlead environmental or social trainings in China (mainly in the North of China) such as “Environmental awareness” training or “Health & safety” training. The trainer will respect the AQM Ethics and Compliance code as well as the AQM internal guidelines to perform the training. 这些培训主要针对服装和纺织工厂以及时尚品牌当地办事处团队的人员。候选人将代表AQM在中国（主要是在中国北方）进行环境或社会培训，如“环境意识”培训或“健康与安全”培训。 培训师将遵守AQM道德与合规准则以及AQM内部指导原则来执行培训。

Under the supervision of the CSR consultant & training manager, you will: 在CSR顾问和培训经理的监督下，您将：

• Get updates on the topics to be addressed in the trainings by regularly attending audits and factory visits通过定期参加审核和工厂访问，获取培训中要解决的主题的最新信息
• Adjust the training contents as required (Chinese translations, etc.) 根据需要调整培训内容（中文翻译等）
• Conduct the trainings (on average: one per month for the first year of work) as per AQM process and guidelines in China (mostly in the North but, if required, in the South as well) 根据中国的AQM流程和指南（主要在北方，但如果需要，也在南方）进行培训（平均：第一年工作的每一个月）

Profile个人条件:

• Knowledge of environmental and social topics applicable to industrial sites 了解适用于工业场所的环境和社会主题
• Experience as a trainer作为培训师的经验
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with people in Chinese and English良好的沟通技巧和与中英文人士互动的能力
• Familiar with CSR auditing process or willing to learn熟悉CSR审核流程或愿意学习
• Background in textile engineering is a plus有纺织工程的背景优先
• Previous experience in textile/fashion in CSR/Environmental positions is a plus在企业社会责任/环境位置纺织/服装经验者优先
• Chinese: mother tongue母语是中文
• English: Perfect written level and good spoken is mandatory英语：完美的书面水平和良好的英语口语是强制性
