General Summary
Execute social related audit (SA8000, BSCI, Sedex etc.) at customer site, to confirm that major buyer, retailers and manufacturing facilities are complying with both local regulations and international standards in areas such as employee health and safety, corp social responsibilities and fire protection, among other.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (PDR)
1. To achieve the department Goal & Objective
2. Act as a professional auditor during on site audit according to the international social standards or specific requirements such as SA8000, BSCI, Sedex,etc. and be capable of delivering valuable audit findings to the organization.
3. Be able to do audit independently and impartially, take ownership of the audit process quality.
4. Actively support BD to maintain, activate customer relations and possess the sense of marketing and business orientation.
5. Willing to learn new knowledge, new technology and new methodology, share best practice within team.
Knowledge, skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)
1. Bachelor degree, major in Chemical, Manufacturing, Environment is preferred.
2. 2-3 years supply chain management in FMCG or traditional manufactory
3. Strong audit skill with smart communication skill, 50+ supplier QEHS audit experience is preferred.
3. Must be willing to travel within the region.
4. Fluent writing and speaking in English
