Description
Job Background/Context:
- Citi Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) provides HR shared services covering On-boarding, Employee Lifecycle, Off-boarding, Payroll and Time Tracking, Compensation Administration and Service Delivery as well as HR systems support. In partnership with HR, HRSS strives to provide excellent customer service through its product offering to employees and managers whilst focusing on process re-engineering and initiatives to enhance the Shared Services role in Citi.
Job Purpose:
- The Data Management Analyst is responsible for processing employee’s job data or personal data inputs or changes in HRMS. This position is responsible for providing operational support internally to HR, Managers, Employees and HRSS.
- The Data Management Analyst 1 performs a variety of activities as listed below.
Responsibility Composition:
- 100% Production Activity (e.g. BAU Tasks, Meetings, Risk/Control)
Key Responsibilities:
- Applies department policies and procedures in processing of routine HRMS/data-related transactions from clients
- Administers all data updates conforming to SLAs based on accuracy and timeliness, specifically on the following processes:
- Performs Maker role for all countries supported by HRSS Dalian which includes but not limited to:
- GEID generation – new hires/rehires (direct staff)
- NEMS GEID generation – contract staff
- Employee Life Cycle data updates
- Termination data updates
- Uses existing HRMS query with minor modification to conduct data mass upload
- Assists team leader to conduct 360 degree of root cause analysis and solution implementation
- Updates Ops manuals as needed
- Participates in UAT for system change as required and reengineering as required
- Proactively submits bright ideas for process automation based on a thorough understanding of the process and work with automation lead for the implementation
- Enters and tracks data through a number of systems to include HRMS and OSC employing right the first time culture/behaviour to avoid errors
- Resolves basic concerns and determines appropriate resolution for the cases in accordance with established guidelines
- Strictly adheres to Risk & Control policies and procedures (such as but not limited to: adherence to secure workplace guidelines, mandatory compliance training and identification/improvement of key risks areas) and reports possible gaps/ breaches
- Attends & actively participates in Daily Team Huddle, Team Meetings, etc.

Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience:
- Demonstrates multi-tasking ability, with a consistent record of on-time delivery
- Effective time management, administrative documentation and organizational skills
- Customer Service-oriented
- Must be hardworking, a team player and must support the concept of “fun” in the workplace.
- Must possess good written business communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- CET 6 certificate is necessary
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,access)
- Knowledge of HR systems and local access database for Korea
- Knowledge of HR business processes
- 3 years or above working experience
