Knowledge background: Strong knowledge of CRM marketing and related data analysis
Business insight skill: according to the data analysis results and combining the business status, have ability to trigger business insight for problem solving or sales driving.
Business understanding: Ability to understand business concepts and relate them to the organization and vice versa
Communication skill: Superior interpersonal skills & ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of site management.
Pressure management: Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
Independent working: Ability to work independently and with limited direction.
Problem-solving skill: strong
Time management: Good ability to prioritize and plan own tasks
Vendor management: Good supplier relationship and management skills

Requirements:
CRM and project management background is required. Consulting background is a plus.
Experience with healthcare, life science or chemicals industry is a plus
At least 5 years working experience
Working knowledge of the digital business sector
