Job Description

1.To proactively build up and maintain healthy business partnership and relationship with our customers by interacting with them regularly to boost the business growth. Work with market region for global program client to maintian & boost up business. Lead local vendor outreach for expanding the vendor base and revenue.

2.To work with customers, determines their requirements, define and assist in solving problems, and generally ensure their total satisfaction with BV CPS.

3. Work with Operation to ensure service delivery, and right resource at right area.

4.To support the operations by collecting client’s testing seasonality plan, volume forecast, timelines for resources allocation.

5.Work with marketing team on the marketing strategy of program client, such as service satisfaction survey and seminar.

6.Attend review meeting to perform full review for the processes of client program to identify gap, inconsistency and areas of improvements through systematic or process change.

任职要求:

1. University degree in any disciplines

2. CIQ holder is peferred

3. 3-5years of customer services experience in commercial testing laboratory is an advantage

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

5. Good command of spoken and written English (CET 6 or above) and Chinese

6. Familiar with MS office including Word and Excel

7. Responsible, patient, customer-oriented, analytical mindset

8. Able to work under pressure to handle crisis situations and balance several tasks simultaneously
