Job Description
- Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science or similar
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in CRM
- Experience in customer communication or lifecycle management
- Experience in CRM system implementation and vendor management
- Experience with CRM software
- Proficient in MS Excel and Tableau
Responsibilities:
- You assist with the daily operational tasks and continuous enhancement of current loyalty program to grow the lifetime value of our customer base.
- You will support the design, setup and management of data-driven customer communication strategies.
- You work with current personalization system, assist with daily operational tasks and manage the vendor relationship.
- You help to monitor competitors’ retention activities by creating and maintaining competitor monitoring tracker.
- You are responsible to grow and manage our subscriber lists for all communication channels.
- You will support other internal projects and collaborate with across teams.
Work location: Kwai Hing
