Job Description
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in CRM
  • Experience in customer communication or lifecycle management
  • Experience in CRM system implementation and vendor management
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Tableau

 

Responsibilities:

  • You assist with the daily operational tasks and continuous enhancement of current loyalty program to grow the lifetime value of our customer base.
  • You will support the design, setup and management of data-driven customer communication strategies.
  • You work with current personalization system, assist with daily operational tasks and manage the vendor relationship.
  • You help to monitor competitors’ retention activities by creating and maintaining competitor monitoring tracker.
  • You are responsible to grow and manage our subscriber lists for all communication channels.
  • You will support other internal projects and collaborate with across teams.

Work location: Kwai Hing
