Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The CRM Manager, reporting to President & CEO, is responsible for the development and execution of all CRM related digital/ marketing initiatives.
- Plan and deliver CRM strategy across the company driving repeat sales and reorder rate, extending lifetime customer value as well as encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Define a clear segmentation for targeted marketing activities using data
- Create unique customer journeys by market and by acquisition channel, removing friction points and raising overall customer engagement throughout their journey across all channels
- Drive customer acquisition in partnership with all BUs
- Develop customer knowledge base, and create the path to increase life time value of customers vs one time sales.
- Define data analysis needs and localization for all business segments (products efficiency, customer’s satisfaction, sales and promotion performance…) to maximize operations performances
- Control CRM budget and operations, with a special focus on means and tools
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the business
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
- 5+ years of experience in CRM/ loyalty B2C program role from consumer industry
- Good understanding of sales and customer engagement
- Proven track record of building repeated purchasing
- Demonstrated experience of extending life-time customer value
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills and the ability to work in
ambiguity
- Strong passion for data-driven CRM – knowing how to leverage data to set a
strategy and make decisions
- Technical savvy and understanding of marketing automation technologies
- Good knowledge of e-commerce and digital industry
- Verbal and written English
