Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for CRM activities and campaigns including but not limited to customer acquisition, retention, customer segmentation, database marketing and VIP program initiatives
  • Analyze customer database and identify the target segment
  • Generate CRM related reports and analysis for stores and management review
  • Monitor and analyze performance and effectiveness of all CRM programs on regular basis
  • Assist in the creation, implementation of direct marketing campaigns (direct mailer, email, mobile messaging)
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year related experiences in CRM or marketing
  • Analytical, detailed and organized
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
