Job Description:
Summarize the working scope
Database maintenance and system optimization;
Data analysis;
Marketing campaign support;
Sales support;
Customer complaint follow up;
Describe the job responsibilities
Database maintenance, including monitoring data transfer regularly between CRM system and POS, Ecommerce, WeChat or other platform, and database quality controlling;CRM system optimizing according to multi-channel business’ data integration needs;
Data analysis, including routine CRM loyalty campaign tracking, ad-hoc campaign review and key products analysis, data mining to offer valuable insights, focusing on competitors’ activities and consumer purchase behavior study;
Marketing campaign support, including offline trade promotion/beauty class/VIP event and online campaign mechanisms setting, customer communication info. sending, customer data extraction and follow up, etc.;
Developing online & offline CRM tools to help sales team and marketing team well understand CRM campaigns and engage customers;
Helping sales team understand CRM figure and use it for business development;
Customer complaint follow up;
Others as per request;
Requirements:
Understanding CRM, Ecommerce and digital marketing business;
Well experience on data mining, analysis skill and business intelligence;
6-8 years prestige beauty or luxury or lifestyle brand experiences. Cosmetic or fashion brand is a plus;
Bachelor of degree or above;
Self-motivated and responsible working attitude;
Passion about Japanese culture and traditional Chinese culture;
