Job description:
1.Support Tmall database connection project
2.Support EC manager to keep close communication with DCOE and brand holders.
3.Provide administrative support and assistance to China Region Digital Experience Division (DX) Head, and to DX Division’s DSI Department Heads.
4.Support the Omni-channel data synchronization project to gain insight of online (EC) customer needs.
5.Works with the EC team and the Prestige team to continuously optimize ECRM and online campaigns.
6.Coordinate communications, presentations and other documents
7.Provide translation Support as needed
8.File and retrieve documents and reference materials
9.Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
10. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
11.Receive and interact with both internal and external work partners
12.Liaise with internal staff at all levels
13.Participate or co-ordinate project-based work
Requirement of employment;
1.Language skills: Mandarin & English proficiency (with ability to informally translate CN>EN)
2. Familiar with MS Office Apps
3.Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
4.Organizational and planning skills
5.Pay attention to details and accuracy
6.Proactive and effective communication skills
7. 1-2 year working experience in E-commerce industry
1-2 years of experience at assistant or working with a dynamic and fast-paced digital team as an administrative assistant desired
