Responsible for review contractor provided CR BOQ and make cost analysis on Unit Price and keep the detail calculation record.

Responsible for tracking contractor COR and CR’s approval status and provide the report to Project Manager for status reporting.

随时更新各类工程变更的审批状态，并定期向项目经理提交状态报告。

Responsible for calculating contractor monthly scope of work completion and finalizing the monthly payment request from contractor.

计算，审核各承包商每月实际施工完成工程量，并以此审核各承包商每月的施工进度款申请。

Must have strong negotiation skill, and be able to negotiate with contractor for difficulty change order and resolve the problem.
