THE JOB

Reporting to the Head Cycling Coach, the Coaching Programme Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

• To provide logistics support for the operations of the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme;
• To support the coaches in cycling data and technical analyses and video shooting in Hong Kong and overseas; and
• To perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants should have completed their secondary education with at least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects in HKDSE with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics or any post-secondary qualifications;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage;
• Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Knowledge and experience in cycling data analyses is preferred;
• Able to follow the cycling team’s training and competitions schedule overseas;
• Immediate available is highly preferred; and
• Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
