Job description :
1. Arrange travels (both domestic and overseas) including visa, air / train ticket, hotel, and car transfers for investment professionals
2. Prepare expense reports and manage relevant supporting documents according to the company standard and policy
3. Manage professionals’ calendar and contacts in a timely and accurate manner
4. Maintain confidential files and documentations
5. Prepare reports and presentation materials related to the investment and the portfolio company
6. Organize company events such as offsite meetings, conferences
7. Back up other support staff
8. Handle ad hoc tasks upon request
9. Compiling and verifying various vendors’ bills, invoice, reimbursements and payments;
10. Handling office online banking payments;
11. Coordinating on company events and meetings and maintaining records;
12. Compiling and creating spreadsheets, minutes, organization charts, proposals, agendas, records, personnel records, personal visa, expense reports and confidential correspondence;
13. Researching and editing material;
14. Maturity, discretion and tact to deal effectively with domestic and international vendors, executives and co-workers, and visitors;
Job requirements :
1. Minimum 5 years working experience, preferable in investment banks, financial institutions, or law firms
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels
3. Resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated, organized, sincere and presentable in both appearance and work manner
4. Team player
5. Good English (both written & spoken)
6. Good common sense, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Familiar with office equipment operations
8. Computer literate with excellent MS Office
9. Bachelor degree
