服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Collecting contracts and preparing for CEO to sign.
Keep office product storage in order: update storage form and order products if necessary.
Support cost controlling: create PO, help cost relocation.
Support office daily maintaining: check meeting room availability and tidiness, order office stationary, etc.
Other work assigned by CEO executive assistant.
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Graduated from top-notch university domestic or overseas.
At least 2~3 years related working experiences.
Excellent at English writing and speaking.
Good at office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A strong sense of responsibility and carefulness.
Personality with patient and meticulous.
