As a CCRP Engineer you will be responsible for collection, analysis, improvement of customer complaints and timely communication with customer. Be responsible for OPQ collection and improvement in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.
Reporting to the Quality & Operational Excellence Manager, you will push company process and product quality improvement based on CCRP input to enhance the customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
- Proceeding the customer complaints in ABB CCRP system in time and in quality especially for important domestic and overseas customers based on the cost consideration.
- Submitting the monthly CCRP status report timely. Providing company user support in the execution of the CCRP process and use of CCRP tools
- Coordinating and following up status of customer complaint, pushing the responsible Dept. to offer the issue solution before deadline. Participating in weekly production & quality meeting and present CCRP status
- Leading customer complaint issue analysis and improvement by L6S methodology and following up the action’s effectiveness and sustainability. Joining customer site issue data collection and investigation if need
- Offering the professional investigation report of issue to customer if need
- Leading company OPQ collection, analysis and improvement, lead top3 OPQ category improvement
Your background
- 5 years of working experience in customer complaint, design or manufacture or supplier quality control and improvement with knowledge in mechanical and electrical
- Experience with MV switchgear & industry standards is preferred
- Familiar with Instrument Transformer or Epoxy Component and the related industry standards
- Valid ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 internal auditor. Lean six sigma green belt is preferred.
- Familiar with Office Software application, especially for EXCEL. SAP operator experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or Major in electrical automation or mechanical design and manufacture
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
