Job Description
Leads the development of CCM’s client experience and market presence strategies by proactively partnering with cross-functional teams across product, technology, business development, client service, and relationship management Works closely with Relationship Management, Business Development, and Product Development teams to deliver on sales and product development goals. Identifies new business opportunities when interacting with clients and communicates these opportunities to senior management Works with Global Relationship Management teams and BNY Mellon Marketing to develop a strategy to highlight the global product development and technology story including influencing the strategy and execution of content creation in a variety of formats (RFIs/RFPs, 1:1 client engagement, Brochures, Email Marketing, Product Briefs, White Papers, Use Case Studies and Video etc. ) Reviews and assesses client experience, leveraging market and client insights and related complex analyses, to develop opportunities for new and enhanced solutions. Identifies opportunities and/or gaps within the existing portfolio of solutions. Coordinates market presence, including web and outside vendors such as media, consulting firms, and publications, that demonstrate the businesses value proposition, overall brand awareness, and that help contribute to new business development. Supports participation and content creation for industry events including panels, webinars and various client forums. Helps operationalize management strategies for client experience improvement and solution enhancement by engaging appropriate cross-functional colleagues. Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience. Securities, financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
