Your Role and Responsibilities

As a CBDS Lead, will be responsible for business growth in the cognitive, analytics and data field.
Responsibilities:
- Be the focal point to cognitive solutions, analytics business and data analyses for Peru market;
- Gather client requirements understanding clients needs and solutions that can be presented in the portfolio of cognitive, data and analytics solutions;
- Definition, presentation and selling of solutions to clients;
- Develop Peru's market from a new strategy point of view;
- Control SLA's for projects delivery ensuring client's satisfaction rate;
- Team management and people development and leadership.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Experience with architecture definitions, designs and presentation in cognitive, analytics and data field;
- Leadership experience;
- Project management supervision;

 

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Sales and process experience is desirable;
- Delivery experience is desirable.
