Job Descriptions:

• Prepare technical drawings and other relevant documents for tender or submissions.

为投标准备技术图纸和其他相关文件。

• Adapt to drawing standards and maintain the drawing library system.

• Work independently on layouts, elevations, details, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and follow-up with manufacturers if required.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Draftsman

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic Microsoft office package. Being able to use Revit and Photoshop is an advantage.

熟练使用AutoCAD和基本的Microsoft office办公软件，能够使用Revit和Photoshop更佳。

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fitting-out drawings.

至少有3年左右的装修图纸经验。

• Candidates with exposure to window and door fabrications and curtain wall systems are more preferable.

有门窗结构和幕墙系统经验者优先。

• To be a good team player, be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

良好的团队合作精神，能够独立完成工作，并能在截止日期前完成工作。

• Fluent in Chinese and English
