• Make technical evaluation on samples for all type of cloth to ensure the correct quality, fitting workmanship and measurements during all the process from the sample development to the production
• Check proto samples, Size set samples (with size grade) and pre- production sample, make clear comments in English with measurements, pictures and sketch details to help explain/solve problems
• Coordinate with suppliers about the samples’ comment to clarify the key points of workmanship. Find the possible solution to improve samples when found mistakes, misunderstanding
• Be able to read and work on pattern to detect problems and improve shape
• Train suppliers and help them well understand all French technical requests, brands, quality and workmanship requested
• Work closely with Supplier, merchandiser, Quality controller. Help detect in advance and find technical solutions during productions step when necessary
• Required Knowledge & Basic Qualification

Required Knowledge & Basic Qualification:

• 5 years or above working experience as QA Technician in Kids
• Understand the European clothing market, quality and requirement
• Well know the workmanship, pattern construction of garment sample, ability to detect problems on measurements/pattern construction/fitting and find solutions to resolve problems/grading size
• Know or have some skills/knowledge about the kids safety rules
• Be familiar with the main types of woven, knitted, lace, print, embroidery production process during sample making and production
• Skilled knowledge of statistical software (Minitab, etc.).
• Strong communication skills to direct vendor quality improvement effort, report project progress, escalate issue and seek support, as required.
• Good Presentation skills
• Excellent English is must
