Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Consolidate ad hoc payroll data to SSC;
  • Supervise store attendance and payroll report prepared from SSC;
  • Responsible for monthly closing report for Store FTE, Personnel Cost/ HR Actual;
Staff Change
  • Assist store promotion, demotion; salary adjustment, transfer, relocation, contract extension, termination cases;
  • Prepare store closure package & involuntary package;
  • Hand store annual salary review
Benefit
  • Manage store benefit delivery, such as festival gift, staff discount card, and other benefit programs
Budget and forecast
  • Work with HR controller to budget and forecast;
  • Monthly track labor cost variance vs budget
Others
  • Work with SSC to manage Store filing;
  • Verify data/personal information accuracy in related report or system
  • Identifies opportunities for HR operations process improvement or policy development and engages in the design;
  • Handle C&B system trouble shooting
  • Other tasks assigned

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or above; Prefer Information System/Human Resources major
  • At least 2 years of payroll experience in retail industry
  • Solid understanding of the statutory regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications
  • Excellent skill for Excel and good command of written English; Workday use experience is a plus
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines with positive attitudes
