Job Description
Responsibilities:
Payroll
- Consolidate ad hoc payroll data to SSC;
- Supervise store attendance and payroll report prepared from SSC;
- Responsible for monthly closing report for Store FTE, Personnel Cost/ HR Actual;
Staff Change
- Assist store promotion, demotion; salary adjustment, transfer, relocation, contract extension, termination cases;
- Prepare store closure package & involuntary package;
- Hand store annual salary review
Benefit
- Manage store benefit delivery, such as festival gift, staff discount card, and other benefit programs
Budget and forecast
- Work with HR controller to budget and forecast;
- Monthly track labor cost variance vs budget
Others
- Work with SSC to manage Store filing;
- Verify data/personal information accuracy in related report or system
- Identifies opportunities for HR operations process improvement or policy development and engages in the design;
- Handle C&B system trouble shooting
- Other tasks assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above; Prefer Information System/Human Resources major
- At least 2 years of payroll experience in retail industry
- Solid understanding of the statutory regulations, social insurance requirements and tax implications
- Excellent skill for Excel and good command of written English; Workday use experience is a plus
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines with positive attitudes
