Job Description:

• Responsible for all day to day interaction with supplier and suppliers’ performance month scorecard (according to delivery, quality, services…)

• New launch products leading and following, follow up with US purchasing team and forecaster team for importation and request issue.

• Work with R&D for localization proposal and collect related sample and document from the suppliers.

• Responsible for internal work cooperates with each department

• Supplier management, control, including quality complaint.

• Inventory control (combine with the data from MRP) .

• System set-up analysis - Responsible for reviewing the system setup of each item and ensuring the accuracy of the MOQ, lead time, package size etc.

• Document Fulfillment – Responsible for getting any needed documentation from the supplier.

Required Experience/ Certificates?ions:

1. Bachelor degree.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial background.

3. Good computer skill, Good English skills, writing emails and oral communications.

4. Proficient computer skills including software programs such as word processing, excel, access database, inventory tracking software, etc.
