Job Description
? Lead Luxury Purchasing -Luggage (Shoes 、Clothes、Watch、Jewels)team, Manage the partnership with stong brand accounts.
? Negotiate exclusive products and/or products, discounts and margin rates with assigned brand accounts.
? Build assortments by brand and by category that maximize revenue potential while effectively managing inventory investment.
? Partner with vendors and marketing team/Operation team on promotional programs to drive revenue.
? Partner with studio team to ensure high quality of photo-shooting, copywriting and all related product information.
? Liaise with Customer Service team to provide product training, where necessary.
? Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales, gross margin, and sell-through targets within the assigned brand and product categories.
? Create and maintain monthly and full year event plans within the assigned brand and product categories.
? Strong knowledge of local market conditions and practices of the Fashion/Retail industry in China.
? A strong history of sales goal achievement during career.
? Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
? Excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal skills.
? Highly analytical, with ability to manage sales forecasts, gross margin, and inventory effectively.
? Strong organizational abilities.
? Strong relationship management skills.
? Previous e-commerce experience preferred.
? Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year college or university.
? 8 years minimum Merchandising in Fashion, preferably with eCommerce exposure.
? Experience in multi-brand stores, department stores or within brands/wholesale is acceptable.

- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Fluency in written English.
- Ability to converse in English comfortably in business setting.
