Business assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with manufacturing, finance, personnel, logistics and other departments to provide customers and employees with sufficient and effective help.
2. Responsible for sorting out various statistical statements. Review employee reimbursement.
3. Implemented CRM.
4. Assist and cooperate with sales personnel to complete sales tasks.
5. Maintain a balanced customer relationship.
6. Responsible for managing customer contracts, quotations, technical data and relevant documents.
7. Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth operation of the project, such as payment collection, service and customer complaint handling.
8. Actively organize and cooperate with the company's marketing activities, such as promotional activities and exhibitions.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing, sales assistant or business assistant is preferred;
2. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel office software;
3. Strong Excel skills, good at data analysis;
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
5. Strong execution ability, serious and responsible, and obedience to arrangements;
6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
