Responsibilities:
1)Project controlling
1.Close follow up with every projects
2.Analysis the cost and GM1
2)Cost center controlling
1.Prepare the cost center report on monthly, BP and current forecast basis
2.Analysis the cost deviation and abnormal items
3.Send the report per department to HoD for review
3)Monthly business report, current forecast, BP and year end closing
1.Close follow up with order intake, total net sales, production cost, gross margin and operating value contribution etc
2.Report the main KPIs to BU and provide the comments on deviation part.
4)Analysis as per BU requirement
1.Provide Management financial figures
2.Support to optimize the internal process
3.Attend department meeting or field issue meeting to understand business and also provide professional suggestions from financial side
5)Support and coordinate on the commercial topic
1.Calculate the material overhead rate and hourly rate for quotation yearly
2.Closed follow up with the sales every year end
6)Present and discuss with BU management

Requirements:
- More than 5 years controlling related experience in a plant or factory
- Profound knowledge in MS-Excel
- Analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to learn,quick learner
- Good Communication skills, English required
- Basic knowledge in ERP-Systems, e.g. SAP
