Summary

We is looking for a dynamic person to support the team with everyday operations within the health and beauty business across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for general departmental administration, including filing, department equipment maintenance, stationery ordering, data input, event venue booking etc
Assisting in co-ordinating meetings for teammates with both internal and external parties
Providing documentation centralized support
Document and contract filing by using Contract Management System (CMS)
Assist new system role out, support in developing supplier / internal training deck
Preparing travel arrangements/schedules for visiting BU buyers and IB buyers on trips
Support the Director / Managers the below :
Provide correct reports and information draw from BI system for contracts negotiations
Co-ordinates with all teams for Business Units (BUs) business review reports
Prepare all administrative and logistics arrangement for meetings and workshops in both Asia and in Europe Core Competencies
University degree/Diploma holder
At least 3 years or above working experience (experience with adminstration and support event planning is preferred)
Proactive and with commercial sense
Able to work independently and be a good team player
Good spoken, and written interpersonal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Good computer proficiency including with MS Office and PowerPoint, Chinese typing skill
Passionate self-starter, experience in project and program management perferred
