My client is a leading financial services group which provides retail and commercial banking services. Because of their growing business, they are looking for a manager for their Performance Management team to support their business.



THE ROLE

Reporting into the Division Head, please find your key responsibilities below:

• Designing short, medium and long term strategies and the strategic plan;
• Handling the forecasting reports, profitability analysis and annual budgets to support the business decision-making;
• Assisting in the project analysis;
• Performing strategic planning analyses on products and businesses;
• Facilitating the strategic planning by preparing scenario analysis, financial models and projections;
• Collaborate with business representatives, project managers and senior management for different projects.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 6 years of working experience in Banking/ Performance Management.
• Self-motivated with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
