Overview
AIM (Architecture Integration and Mobile) BA provides information service to Employee, Technical Support, RD and many business departments globally. The goal is to enable business, improve scalability and provide business insights. Work here you will keep learning new technologies, new project delivery approach and deliver your value by good team work. Come to AIM and enjoy the journey of designing business and coding.
We are looking for Business Process Analyst who has good UX design skill and detail oriented mind-set. Also, as an evangelist to help customer use the service without problem.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand business, technology, customer pains and needs
- Develop and design end to end user experience
- Develop use cases, mockups and prototypes
- Conduct user research, interviews
- As first responder to respond and resolve customer submitted issues to gain product/service insight
Desired Skills and Experience
- User experience design skill, able to convert complex requirement into simple user experience design.
- Curious about question behind question
- Great interpersonal skills, project management skills
- Micro app or COTS (Splunk, JIRA, Service Now, QRadar,...) plugins, add-on UX design is a big plus
- SOC, SIEM related product experience is a plus
- Chatbot experience is a plus
- Familiar with prototyping tools
- Fluent English in both writing and verbal
- Agile experience
