Business Planning and Performance Management Manager (Sales Planning & Optimization) (Job ID: 2524)

Responsibilities

• To formulate and develop sales / business management models, customer analytics and product / portfolio analyses related to branch network according to the Bank’s strategic direction and business focus
• To compile MI / analysis reports on sales, business, customer, portfolio and product management and performance reports on a timely and quality manner for management information / decision and to facilitate business growth
• To recommend initiatives to enhance sales performance, business growth, product take-up and customer profitability
• To provide support to branches and handle enquiries related to sales / business management, customer analytics and product / portfolio analyses
• To support the development of branch related sales systems and projects

Requirements

• University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Decision Science, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking sector, preferably in database management, MIS reporting or equivalent.
• Proficient in data analysis using statistical or programming tools such as SQL, MS Excel, Access, Tableau, etc
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products, good business acumen and sensitive to figures; experience of HTML is preferable
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, independent, self-motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
