Business Planning and Performance Management Manager (Financial & Business Optimization) (Job ID: 2784) 

Responsibilities

• To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
• To compile MI reports for measuring, monitoring and forecasting the business and financial performance
• To conduct analyses for the formulation of branch network, sales and business strategies
• To prepare departmental budget and financial plan against the business strategies
• To support cost management and monitor departmental budget utilization
• To monitor and review the profit sharing and cost allocation mechanism with internal departments

Requirements

• University graduate Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking sector, preferably in financial planning and analysis / management reporting
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products, good business acumen and sensitive to figures
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, independent, self-motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure, and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
