Business Operations Associate

Job Description
  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks for Taipei office, reporting back to HQ on a daily basis.
  • Perform receptionist duties including but not limited to greeting clients, handling all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure tidiness of the office especially reception and meeting room areas.
  • Responsible for purchase and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Source and manage new office equipment and maintain existing office equipment, including arranging for periodic servicing.
  • Source and manage new and existing vendors.
  • Booking flights, accommodations and airport transfers for staff on business travel.
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding of staff.
  • Maintain and manage company’s asset inventory.
  • Arrange local and overseas courier.
  • Support corporate events.
  • Attend to ad hoc duties given by the managers.

KPIs:

  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding of staff by preparing the required equipment at least 1 day before their start date.
  • Deal with all work in a timely manner.
  • Deliver all work to a high quality standard.
  • Ensure Office policies and procedures are implemented and applied appropriately, including the Policies and Procedures for Continuous Practice Improvement and Corporate Policy Manuals.
  • Meet agreed performance targets and standards.

Requirement:

  • Basic proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Basic proficiency in G Suite.
  • Proficiency in english language will be advantageous.
  • A dynamic individual who is a great teamplayer, yet able to work independently.
  • Hardworking and meticulous.
  • A pleasing personality with great interpersonal skills.
