職務說明

• Responsible for the P&L of the Business Unit
• Lead and provide mentoring to team members
• Establish strong relationship with distributors and other partners
• Provide long term strategies for the business unit
• Works closely with other departments including customer service, applications, and RAs to ensure the service delivered is up to client's standard
• Set annual and quarterly brand strategies

• At least 10 years of Sales or Marketing experience in clinical diagnostic
• Strong leadership with proven track records in turning business around in a rapid changing environment
• P&L management experience
• Fluent English and Mandarin
• Familiar with the Healthcare ecosystem
• Distributor management experience
