Job description:
Reporting to the CEO of AKKA China and in direct relationship with the management team of AKKA China, your job consists in:
- Driving business development activities and selling our offers to customers (mainly in the automotive industry but not only – other industries / sectors will be also targeted depending on the strategy set by the CEO of AKKA China),
- Managing client relationships and fostering steady business growth and profitability while ensuring quality of project deliverables,
- Participating in the full recruitment cycle, from creating job descriptions aligned with customers’ needs, through profile selection, interviews, qualification meetings, and onboarding and project integration,
- Taking care of consultants in your scope of activity.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business and / or Engineering (preferred Engineering),
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar position (sales, business management, business development),
- Experience with the automotive industry,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen,
- A self-starter, with consistent ‘’can-do’’ spirit, able to work independently but also highly collaborative,
- Native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English.
