1. To manage existing business and identify new opportunities;
2. To explore & develop new customers, such as Die cut of notebook, battery label, also label of household electrical appliances, cell phone and others etc. in south west China including Chongqing, Sichuan and Guizhou provinces,;
3. To develop and grow long term business relationships with customers To gather information and communicate activities within the accounts, market activities and intelligence to sales colleagues and to the Global Account Director;
4. To implement and coordinate customer satisfaction reviews monthly;
5. To ensure the sales platform is continuously updated with appropriate information;
6. To develop excellent working relationships right across the company matrix organization, understanding how to influence colleagues, how to put across points of view in a clear and concise manner and knowing how to be deeply engaged with colleagues’ right across the business.
岗位要求:
1.This demanding role will require an individual who has:University degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.
2.Minimum 5 years demonstrable sales performance management and experience in strategic selling.
3.Experience selling at senior level with international customersPreferably working knowledge and technical understanding of company products, markets and customersAbility to identify customer DMP and key decision takersTrack record of creating and executing significant plans for winning new business.
4.Must be fluent in written and oral English
