Currently, it brings together 900 people and more than 30 nationalities, professionals from diverse disciplines: architects, urban planners, designers, engineers, economists, architectural programming consultants and construction operation managers, which formed an international team with enormous strengths. It offers the expertise in all areas of urban planning and construction: multimodal hubs, railway stations, public space and public amenities, offices, hotels and housing, commercial buildings, industrial architecture and technical facilities.

Now it is looking for a Business Manager to support Chengdu Team . This position is based in Chengdu.

Responsibilities

Responsible for business development in the associated region and team management.

• Develop potential customer /partner network and monitor negotiation.
• Follow up contract signing ,reviewing and payment ect.
• Compile report documents.
• Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in architectural management/other related studies(architecture, landscape, planning, structural engineering etc) or above.
• More than 3 years working experiences on business, sales and marketing. ( working experiences in famous design institute / famous foreign design agency are preferred), be able to finish the above work independently.
• Excellent professional French/English is preferred (instant oral translation and written report are required，French preferred).
• Working experiences in foreign countries are preferred and foreigners are also welcome; sufficient at professional software.
