Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
? Develop and document customer statement of work and network design requirements
? Create customer facing root cause analysis reports
? Support development, testing, and implementation
? Perform research and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
? Act as the principal liaison on behalf of Implementation with other parts of the organization regarding technical solution requirements with an opportunity in a defined solution area.
? Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on products and associated technology
? Provide SME consulting to customers
Job Requirements:
? BA/BS degree in Technical Communications, Communications or Business Administration or other relevant field
? 3+ years related experience, preferably working in telecommunications with familiarity of the roaming business
? Software development background
? Mobile network functionality knowledge
? Policy and charging platform -PCRF knowledge
? Superior written and oral communications skills
? Technical Communications experience
? Strong analytical and organization skills
? Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills including meeting facilitation
? Ability to work independently and with little direction while achieving successful outcomes
? Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
? Good English
