Job Description:

Report

• Collect and update lease/rent/sales/network report on monthly basis;
• Prepare project report for special meeting/visit;
• Keep track on mall brandmix and competitors’ activities;

Contract

• Existing lease of renewal, warehouse management;
• Conduct negotiation, review, and execution of above agreements;

Coordination

• Fully involve in store construction schedule and arrangement, keep close work with Store Planning team to ensure smooth project progress;
• Support communication for Marketing activities with Landlords;

Landlord Relationship

• Holiday gift proposal and brand event arrangement;
• Establish good business relationship with key landlords to get first hand market intelligences.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering or architecture academicals background is a plus;
• Around 5 years of experience;
• Good computer skills （including Excel/Power point）and communication skills;
• Attention for details and able to work well under deadline and pressure;
• English (Writing and reading);
• Organized, multi task, hands on and responsible.
