Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Market development: Responsible for the development of new markets and potential customers, develop and implement market expansion strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relations with customers, communicate regularly, understand customer needs, and provide customized solutions.
3. Sales support: Provide support to the sales team, including market information collection, competitor analysis, sales strategy suggestions, etc., to improve sales performance.
4. Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, R&D and other departments to ensure the accurate delivery and timely response of customer needs.
5. Business negotiation: Responsible for conducting business negotiations with customers, reaching cooperation intentions and signing cooperation agreements.
6. Market analysis: Regular market analysis, including industry trends, customer demand, competitor dynamics, etc., to provide basis for company decision-making.
7. Risk management: identify potential risks in the process of business expansion and formulate countermeasures to ensure stable business growth.

Job Requirements:
1. Academic background: Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, business management and other related fields is preferred.
2. Work experience: at least 3 years of business development or related work experience, successful development of new markets or major customers is preferred.
3. Business ability: Strong market analysis ability and customer communication ability, able to independently conduct business development and customer management.
4. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and business negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
5. Teamwork: With team spirit, I can play an active role in the team and jointly promote business development.
6. Strain capacity: Strong strain capacity and pressure resistance, able to cope with challenges in the changing market environment.
